Conditions of Use

Every piece of jewellery that leaves the workshop is finished and checked by Joanna. If you should have any reason to return any piece of jewellery the problem will be attended to as quickly as possible. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage cannot be covered, but we will do our best to repair or renovate your much loved piece of Joanna Thomson Jewellery!
